Shipping Policy (Australia Only)

• We currently only ship to Australia and wont accept a sale without a legitimate Australian address to send it to.
  
  

• We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9 AUD to anywhere in Australia, regardless of order size.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received and in most cases will be delivered within one week of the order being placed.

• All parcels are shipped via a tracked service, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• We take great care in packaging your order securely so that it reaches you undamaged, but once a parcel is in transit, we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal carriers.

6. Returns

At Gathering the Magic, all of our sealed products are factory sealed and untouched. We never search, weigh, or scan any packs or boxes. What you receive is exactly how we bought it, sealed and straight from the source.

• Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unopened, undamaged, and ready for resale. Opened items cannot be returned unless there is clear video evidence of a legitimate issue.

• Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Store credit may be offered if preferred.

• Return Shipping: Please contact us first at sales@gatheringthemagic.net to arrange the return. In some cases, we may provide a return label or request you drop the item at a nearby collection point.

• Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
